Sun Valley charges a venue rental fee which includes everything listed in the “What's Included” section. We also offer seasonal or hourly prices because some events do not fit perfectly into a box. We are able to provide you with a precise quote based on the details of your event so please reach out so we can chat more! 

 

Rental rates are based on 5 hours of “guest attendance time” (glam time, bridal party photography, setup, etc do not have to be accounted for in the rental time).  Additional guest attendance time can be arrange.

  • May through November *bar package min 100 guests

    • Saturday- $5,000*

    • Friday- $3,000

    • Sunday- $2,000

With a capacity of 300+ including a dance floor, our main dining room offers you the opportunity to experience the perfect reception that will leave your guests talking for years to come. Flexible planning ensures that no event is exactly alike.  Directly attached is our covered terrace with outdoor seating. This space allows you to incorporate the stunning outdoor views into your reception. The main function area is connected to the cocktail lounge and offers easy access from one area to another.

Say your vows or offer tapas amidst breathtaking views of nature, overlooking two picturesque ponds, all without leaving modern amenities. This outdoor space includes a covered terrace and is directly accessible from the main dining room. The area is beautifully landscaped without sacrificing the surrounding natural greenery.

glam suite

Prepare for your big day in a luxurious suite, custom built just for you. No detail was overlooked, allowing you to be at ease in the perfect atmosphere. We are able to recommend hair and makeup vendors who offer on-site services for your wedding. 

cocktail lounge

The cocktail lounge has a striking built-in bar with beautiful reclaimed wood.  It features custom furniture and a 60-inch wall-mounted HDTV that can be used to display a photo slideshow, menus and more. Directly connected to the lounge is the main event space.  This space can also serve as extra space for larger receptions, added 60+ seats.
